Some extra information that might be helpful to know before getting in touch:
- Currently all sessions for food/eating support are online/ telehealth and over video, so a working device with a camera and a relatively reliable internet connection are essential. I do also have in-person slots for therapy in Edinburgh, Scotland, on a Thursday, as well as online slots throughout week.
- I work 1:1 with clients 16+ years of age, however, do get in touch if you need other therapist recommendations for your child.
- I do not provide services for weight-loss/weight management. I adopt a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to any nutrition counselling work.
- I currently do not provide couples / family sessions but am looking to soon, so please do still get in touch to register interest.
- I can work with clients, globally, however, for specific Eating Disorder care you usually do need to be UK based. Do get in touch if you would like to discuss your location further. For food and eating support I sadly cannot work with individuals in the US and Canada.
- If your preferred time/date is not available, upon contact, then you are welcome to be added to my waitlist, or I am more than happy to suggest colleagues that might be able to help.
